Since 2017 we have been building the platform that lets any commercial building become a Destination — a connected, service-rich, appealing space that brings occupants back because it is worth the journey.
We believe a building’s value is no longer measured in square meters alone, but in lived experience. A building that keeps its occupants is a building that gains in value.
That is why we built a native app — not a web app, not a portal — with one obsession: that every interaction be simple, intuitive, instant and within everyone’s reach.
Wise Building is founded, the prototype designed and the founding team assembled. First proofs of concept sought.
The solution goes live in a real office building and on a higher education campus.
First rollouts across several commercial buildings, in France and abroad.
First funding round, raised from business angels.
Wise Building becomes the first French solution certified by Apple for in-building access control.
